RVE Plus stands for REGISTRY VALIDATION AND ENLISTMENT (Rapid Response for Minglanilla). It is a digital QR-based Identification platform developed by Nexity Technology Corporation to replace the outmoded physical ID systems. It enhances current standard ID system practices through the following features: cloud-based database of registered members of a RVE-enrolled group, interoperable QR Code digital ID system for all RVE-enrolled groups, electronic scanning for digital ingress-egress logs, appropriate dataset levels for efficient data management, electronic messaging mechanisms via the web portal and mobile app.

Registrants will be advised of the status of the admission on RVE-enrolled group they want to join or enroll in. There will be a process of verification by the group administrator for every account that will be approved for admission.

If the status of the registration of the individual account is approved, this will automatically be reflected in the web portal and mobile app. Admitted account will form part of the database managed by the RVE-enrolled group for their own use. In turn, the account holder of a QR coded ID is enabled for the ingress-egress scanning requirement of the QR-enrolled group. It can receive messages sent by their group administrator intended exclusive and/or restricted for group members only.

If the status of the registration of the individual user is not approved or admitted, his or her QR coded ID cannot be recognized by or used by the in-app QR scanner of the RVE-enrolled group for check-in or check-out.

Regardless of the status of the admission or the completion of the registration process, the information placed by the users in the system shall only be retained, stored, processed, or used in the context of the purposes of this Application.
